UAE Retirement Visa in Dubai

You or your loved ones can now benefit from the Retire with Dubai Program, established in partnership with the Federal Authority of Identity and Citizenship. This program offers a 5-year renewable retirement visa for individuals aged 55 and above, allowing retirees to enjoy Dubai’s family-friendly lifestyle and secure environment.

Benefits of a Retirement Visa in the UAE

Tax-Free Environment:

Investing in Dubai’s real estate market to qualify for the retirement visa provides access to top-tier infrastructure, a prime location bridging East and West, and a largely tax-free environment.

Multicultural Society:

Dubai is a multicultural metropolis, home to nearly 3 million residents from over 200 countries. This diversity fosters an environment of tolerance and cultural fusion, allowing retirees to enjoy a vibrant, cosmopolitan lifestyle.

High-Quality Lifestyle:

Dubai offers a wealth of activities to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle, including pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and mountain excursions. The city also boasts a wide range of dining options, luxurious spas, wellness centers, historical museums, and art galleries.

Easy Access to Domestic Help:

Dubai’s service-oriented economy makes obtaining domestic help both easy and affordable. From housekeeping and cooking to driving, specialized utility management apps and local businesses are readily available. Dubai also caters to all shopping needs, offering everything from global grocery chains and expansive malls to traditional shopping areas and major citywide shopping events.

Extended Stay Outside the UAE:

With the 5-year retirement visa, you can stay abroad for more than six months without needing to return to the UAE to maintain your visa.

Dependent Sponsorship:

Retirement visa holders (5 years) and property owner visa holders (10 years) can sponsor their unmarried dependents for the same duration as their visa.
